High reward treats must be used at all times in training such as chicken ,sausage, cheese or fish. (Your dog must be keen to train) simply cut down their mealtimes so they don’t over eat.

Be prepared to listen & take on board our training to make you & your dogs Training is effective.

Ensure your dog is walked before attending sessions

Ensure your dog is happy to travel prior to sessions (if you need help with this, shout!)

The 3 we’s

We promote harnesss wear for your dogs safety & welfare (we are here to advise)

We promote healthy dog food & treats to ensure peak condition of your dog & all bad behaviour is lessened (we are happy to advise you)

Cancellations

Booking is non refundable.

We consider cancellations over 72 hrs notice with proof by your vet or doctor.we understand illness can’t be helped. You may be offered another date.

Weather conditions

If the session is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, you will be offered another suitable session.

If for another reason we cancel you will be offered another date.

Please don’t request a date change after you’ve completed your booking , it’s up to you to decide if it’s suitable upon booking.
