Refund Policy: I understand due to the nature of this event, there is NO REFUND. Your fee includes both in-person and online presence and promotion. If you do not attend, you forfeit any ROI guarantee. However, we offer a ROI guarantee to make sure you get a return on your investment. See Expo packet for details. Event is Rain or Shine. I understand and agree to these terms.

Table Cloth Policy: I understand my booth table cloth must be floor length. Anything under my table should not be visible. This policy is required by The Shops at Wiregrass to create a professional and safe environment.

RULES & REGULATIONS - The following rules and regulations are part of the exhibitor’s (sponsors and exhibitor) contract, and each exhibitor shall be bound by such rules and regulations set forth herein. EXHIBITS - Expo Management reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company or product for inclusion in exhibition space and may reject its inclusion. Display material must be confined to the exhibitor’s space on expo details. Only one business per space; tables cannot be shared by two businesses. SUBLETTING OF SPACE - No exhibitor shall assign or sublet the whole or part of the space allotted, or exhibit therein, any programs or services other than those specified in the contract for exhibit space. No promotion of other businesses besides the one you have paid for exhibition. CLEAN UP – Exhibitors are responsible for removal of their boxes, pallets and or containers, etc. from the event area within 1 hour of the close of the event. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - The Exhibitor agrees to hold Family- Friendly LLC and it's partners and sponsors harmless and blameless and will make no claim for any reason whatsoever, including negligence, against Expo Management, its officers, agents, employees, or the lessors or owners of the Facility for loss, theft, damage or destruction of property, nor for any injury to it or its employees, agents, or invitees while in the event space. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS - Exhibitors shall not engage in any display, publication, performance, or other activity which conflicts with any applicable law, regulation, rule or ordinance, nor shall exhibitor, or its representatives or employees, engage in any lewd display, publication or performance. Exhibitor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary governmental permits and licenses. Expo Management does not guarantee specific volumes or levels of attendance at the Event. TEAR DOWN - NO DISPLAYS ARE TO BE DISMANTLED PRIOR TO THE END OF THE SHOW. Photography or video may be used during the event for marketing purposes.

Weights for Tent: I understand it's required by The Shops at Wiregrass to have a total of 80lbs of weight at the legs of my tent with 20lbs per tent leg. It is my responsibility to inform anyone who will be at Expo representing my business that they need to abide by the weight requirements. If my business does not have a minimum of 20lbs for each tent leg, then we will not be able to have a tent at our booth space. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.
