    "Buybacks"

Should you decide that you no longer want the horse, kindly reach out to me at SAS to discuss the possibility of returning the horse to my care. I would appreciate the opportunity to buy back the horse before any consideration of selling it to another party, in accordance with the concept of 'Buybacks.'

    Aging Requirement

The foal should be at least four years younger than either the stallion or mare. Additionally, a mare should not have more than one foal in the same birth year; for example, only one foal in 2023 is permissible.

    Prefix

Horses bred from my mare are to bear the 'Brio' prefix. In cases where a naming convention, such as that of a Polish Arabian, involves naming a horse after the first letter of the dam's name, the second word in the name should follow suit. For instance, 'Brio Constancja' out of 'Caciilia M.'

    Basic Stats

Names are subject to change if the horse has not been shown or evaluated. Gender may be altered from stallion to gelding; however, I request the preservation of at least two straws in case I decide to continue the bloodline.

Disciplines are non-negotiable. My horses are purpose-bred, and upon purchase, the horse should be maintained within the same discipline.

Foals under three may experience variations in height, but once mature, the height should remain consistent.

Horse colors may be adjusted within reasonable limits. For instance, a chestnut horse may shed out darker as a Liver Chestnut, and variations in roan, cream, or dun dilution may occur. However, it is essential to note that a black horse should not be altered to appear as a chestnut or any other example."

    Showing Requirement

The purpose-bred horse should be shown in a similar discipline. A dressage horse may go in Dressage Driving, but may not go in Show Jumping. You might, however, ask for permission to train the horse in Eventing, for example, and get to show your Dressage bred horse in Show Jumping.
