3 Day Non-Lodging Waterfowl Hunt

• 3 Day Waterfowl Hunt, $900. Gratuity not included.
• Professional Guides and trained Gundogs included.
• For exclusive parties, groups must book 8 hunters.
• A non-refundable deposit equal to half the total cost of the hunt is due at time of booking.

Payments

• The remaining balance for your hunt is due two (2) weeks prior
  to your hunt.
• Nothing slows us down from cutting up and having a good time faster than having to finish up paperwork.

 

Gratuity

• Gratuity is not included in the pricing.
• Tips are never expected, but always appreciated.
• Within the hunting industry, a tip of about 20% is considered standard of a job well done. Overall, tips are customary and very much appreciated by
  the Guides and Chef who work hard to make your experience one you'll
  talk about for years to come.

 

Cancellation Policy

• SGO reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reschedule a hunt for any
  reason.
• Cancellation: If you cancel your trip or fail to show for any reason, the
  deposit and payments made towards the total invoice for the hunt will
  be forfeited.
• Rescheduling: Must be done no less than 30 days prior to your hunt. In the event your hunt has to be cancelled on our behalf, your deposit
  will be applied to another available date in the same season or the
  following season.
  
  

Rules and Regulations

All hunters will use utmost care in handling firearms and abide by
all gun and hunting safety procedures to include:

1. Keeping gun unloaded until guide says to load.
2. Keeping safety on until hearing guide direction to fire.
3. Shooting within lanes between 10 and 2 o’clock in front of them (guide will specify).
4. Never shooting down the pit or blind.
5. Always being aware of where dogs and people are before shooting.
6. Other procedures specified by guide.

Guide will always call the shots. Do not fire until guide calls the shot.

Use of alcohol and/or drugs before or during hunt is strictly prohibited. Use of
such substances will result in immediate termination of the hunt without refund.

Federal and state waterfowl regulations will be adhered to.

 

You hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations as defined above. Skeen Gundogs and Outfitters, LLC reserves the right to terminate immediately any hunt
for violation of these rules and regulations and no refund will be issued.

The Undersigned, {Name}, ("Releasor") states as follows:

In consideration of participating in gun club or hunting activities, and for other good
and valuable consideration, I hereby agree to release and discharge from liability
arising from negligence Skeen Gundogs and Outfitters and its owners, directors,
officers employees, agents, volunteers, participants, and all other persons or entities
acting for them (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Releasees”), on behalf of
myself and my children, parents, heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate,
and also agree as follows:

1. I acknowledge that gun club or hunting activities involve known and unanticipated
risks which could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis or permanent
disability, death, and property damage. Risks include, but are not limited to, death or
serious injury as a result of being shot or as a result of equipment malfunction;
hearing loss; loss of vision; broken bones, bruises and other bodily injuries caused
by falls; medical conditions resulting from physical activity, and damaged clothing or
other property. I understand such risks simply cannot be eliminated, despite the use
of safety equipment, without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity.

2. I expressly accept and assume all of the risks inherent in this activity or that
might have been caused by the negligence of the Releasees. My participation in
this activity is purely voluntary and I elect to participate despite the risks. In addition,
if at any time I believe that event conditions are unsafe or that I am unable to
participate due to physical or medical conditions, then I will immediately discontinue
participation.

3. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold
harmless Releasees from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action which
are in any way connected with my participation in this activity, or my use of their
equipment or facilities, arising from negligence. This release does not apply to
claims arising from intentional conduct. Should Releasees or anyone acting on their
behalf be required to incur attorney’s fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I
agree to indemnify and hold them harmless for all such fees and costs.

4. I represent that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may
suffer or cause while participating in this activity, or else I agree to bear the costs of
such injury or damage myself. I further represent that I have no medical or physical
condition which could interfere with my safety in this activity, or else I am willing to
assume – and bear the costs of – all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly,
by any such condition.

5. In the event that I file a lawsuit, I agree to do so solely in the state where
Releasees’ facility is located, and I further agree that the substantive law of that
state shall apply.

6. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable,
the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

By signing this document, I agree that if I am hurt or my property is damaged
during my participation in this activity, then I may be found by a court of law to have
waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against the parties being released on the
basis of any claim for negligence.
