KSOM Scholarship Application

To apply for a KSOM Scholarship, please complete this online form.

Include a letter of reference/recommendation from your Lead Pastor by uploading the document at the bottom of this form or mailing the letter to:

KSOM SCHOLARSHIP POLICY:

Maximum scholarship per level is the registration fee for 2 classes (first and last), 6 classes total per student for all 3 credential levels. Student must purchase their own textbooks.
Student must pursue ministry credentials with the Assemblies of God and complete the application/upgrade process within 1 year of their final class (per credential level). Visit kyag.org/credentials for details.
The required internship must be completed within 6 months of student’s final class (per credential level).
Each level’s Internship and credential application/upgrade must be completed before the next level’s scholarship is awarded.
No cancel/no show for any scholarship class (except according to KSOM cancellation guidelines) will result in forfeiture of future scholarship classes.
