    DO NOT submit the order form if you have no intention to confirm the orders. We will not entertain customers who goes MIA! Therefore, kindly keep us updated. DO NOT Bargain with us! Thank you! 


    LEAD TIME
    ▪️ Standard lead time is 3-4days. BULK orders, lead time is 1-2 Weeks.

    PAYMENT
    Upon receiving our Invoice via WhatsApp/Instagram/ Facebook, orders require payment in order to secure your orders and on schedule. All orders will be CANCELLED if there was no payment made within the Invoice due date. Thank you.

    ORDER CANCELLATION
    All our bakes are made to order. NO REFUND will be made for any order cancellation. Do inform at least 3days in advance if there is any change of date for your order. Last minute changes will not be accepted. Thank you!

     

    SELF-COLLECTION

    You may Self-collect your order(s) from JURONG WEST. Further details will be provided upon confirming your order. Please be on time for your order collection. Collection time will be from 1230pm to 8pm.

    DELIVERY

    Delivery will be done using 3rd Party services such as GRAB services. All delivery fees are calculated by the respective platform based on your location, Point to Point.

    Delivery starts at 1230pm from ours & last delivery will be at 8pm!

    Driver will only PICK UP AT 1230pm but not deliver at 1230pm! 

     

     

    VEGETARIAN / EGGLESS ORDERS

    We respect all our customers and their requests for vegetarian/eggless order, We use separate pots,pans and utensils to bake and we do not use the same pots,pans and utensils that are used to bake the Non-Vegetarian Bakes.


    HALAL CERTIFICATION
    Cakes and Bakes SG is a small home based business, therefore we DO NOT HAVE ANY HALAL CERTIFICATION. We wish to inform that we DO NOT consume or use any products that contains BEEF,PORK or LARD. We also wish to inform that Halal certified Ingredients are used in our products EXCEPT our Christmas Fruit cake as it contains Alcohol.

    To clarify further, We use different pots,pans and utensils to bake Alcohol bakes and we do not use back the same pots,pans and utensils for our other bakes.
