Vendor must be present for the duration of the show and represent only the vendor's work. If more than one vendor is sharing a booth, all vendor names must be included in the application.

Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We make every effort to reserve booths as requested, but there is no guarantee.

Gym booths are 9'd x 12'w and hallway booths are 6'd x 12'w.

Electricity is limited and not guaranteed. Booths with electricity will have access to one outlet.

Vendors are responsible for their own set-up (tables, chairs, extension cords, displays, etc).

Racks and displays must not exceed 7' in height.

Displays need to be damage free to the facility, i.e., no nailing, stapling, gluing, etc., to the floors or walls.

No merchandise or machinery that can cause fires is permitted to be in use in the building during the craft show (fire burning candles, wood burning, etc).

DRUG FREE SHOW. No selling of drug or alcohol-related merchandise and/or consumption of either during the craft show.

Crafters must register with Chamber staff prior to setup.

Registration begins at 6:30 a.m. on Friday, and displays must be ready and completed by 9:00 a.m.
- Any vendor not registered by 8:30 will be considered a no show and their booth space will be reassigned.

Crafters cannot leave booth space to sell products anywhere else in the facility aside from their assigned booth. No walking around pushing products or discouraging the sales of other vendors.

Vendors are responsible for take down and cleaning of booth space, including booth number, tape, etc. A $15 fee will be imposed on any booth that does not properly clean up its space.

Takedown begins at 4:00 p.m. and must be completed by 6:00pm. No early takedown is permitted.

No overnight parking is permitted.

All vendors must park their vehicles in the designated vendor parking area, unless they are handicapped.

The Indian River Chamber is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- All vendors are required to collect and report all sales tax. This is required by law. For further information contact the Michigan Department of Treasury at 231-922-5244 or www.michigan.gov/treasury.

Changes to your application or requests must be in writing and emailed to director@irchamber.com or mailed to IRCC, PO Box 57, Indian River, MI 49749.
