My approach to tattooing is calm, intentional and personal. I’ve always felt that tattooing is more than just putting ink on skin. There is an energy to the process, a connection, and often the experience itself becomes part of the memory attached to the tattoo.
Every tattoo comes from a different place. You might be marking something important, remembering someone, celebrating something, reclaiming a part of yourself, or you might simply love the design and want it on your body. Whatever brings you to me, I want you to feel comfortable with your reason and never feel like you need to explain or justify it.
What matters to me is that you feel comfortable, informed and supported throughout the process. I take a holistic approach to tattooing, which for me means considering the whole experience, not just the finished artwork. I’m always here to answer questions or talk through any concerns, whether that’s before your appointment, during the tattoo itself, or throughout the healing process.
I work from a private, appointment-only studio and place a lot of importance on the space feeling calm, positive and non-judgemental. I want you to feel like you can arrive as you are, ask questions, speak up if you’re unsure about something, and never feel rushed or pressured.
If you’re feeling anxious, unsure, or just prefer to know what to expect beforehand, you are always welcome to meet with me first. Having the chance to talk through your ideas, ask questions and get a feel for the space can make the whole experience feel more familiar and comfortable, especially if it’s your first tattoo.
For me, the experience you have while getting tattooed matters too. People remember how they felt in that moment, who they were with and the energy around the experience. I want you to leave with artwork you genuinely love, but I also want the memory attached to it to be a positive one.
