This is the Non-Solicitation and Confidentiality Agreement between White Dove Cleaning NW, LLC and First Name Last Name
The employee must agree with these statements and must be bound to this agreement during the term listed for each of the three agreements:
1. I will not, in any way, provide services for or solicit any of White Dove Cleaning NW’s past or present customers, unless agreed upon in writing with White Dove Cleaning NW. Term: hired date, Date , through 1 year after termination date.2. I will keep client information confidential and property of White Dove Cleaning NW. Term: hired date, Date , through indefinitely.
