Roles: As a Sparkle Boss, your primary role is to efficiently and effectively clean clients homes and ensure they receive exceptional customer service.
Requirements: A sparkle boss must be detail oriented, yet execute with speed and precision. It is required that you have exceptional client communication skills. Must be self-directed and a self starter. Must be annoyingly optimistic and hold yourself to a high level of integrity. Must be client oriented yet direct when need be. Must be technologically proficient.
Responsibilities: Your #1 responsibility is to ensure that EVERY client receives exceptional customer service and a sparkling clean home. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the entire experience for every client is wonderful. You will be responsible for carrying inventory/product into and out of clients homes. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the tools/products to complete every home. You will be responsible for professional communication with clients. As well as updating clients records and tracking data. You will also be responsible for consistently providing a 5 star cleaning by giving your all. Remember, the goal of the sparkle boss is to retain as many clients as possible.
