3. Research and Planning Fee (Retainer): To obtain a detailed proposal with package options and quotes, a research and planning service fee will be assessed. This fee ranges from $75 to $300, depending on the vacation type and the number of travelers. The exact amount will be quoted after reviewing your request. Once you confirm your booking with a non-refundable deposit, the fee will be refunded.
