4. To facilitate internal project communication, we are planning to set up some mailing lists.
In addition to a mailing list for eveyone and another just for WP leaders, we will set up 1 per WP:

5. During the kick-off meeting, we will start collecting some audiovisual material for the project video n°1 "What is MESEO?".

This first video is aimed at a general, non-specialist audience. We would like partners to say in a few words what MESEO is and what it intends to achieve from their partner organisation perspective.

We expect to interview one person for each partner organisation. Please provide the name(s) of the person who will participate on behalf of your organisation, so we can make enough time slots. Further instructions will follow.
