1. Payment Plans:
- Payment plans are available; please contact us for an invoice.
- All invoices must be paid within 60 days.

2. Deposits:
- Deposits are required and equal half of the total ticket price.

3. VIP Purchases:
- VIP purchases include lodging, exclusive book cover reveals, meals, access to all general sessions, gift bags, and a commemorative shirt.
- Phone consultations are mandatory for VIP ticket holders.
- VIP ticket sales close on February 16th at midnight.

4. No Refunds:
- Once ticket(s) have been purchased, no refunds will be issued.
