Please submit your response by July 15 (fall semester and academic year) or December 1 (spring semester).

Be sure to review the Student Handbook sections on Travel Arrangements and Academic Calendar, including these important instructions:
- Our arrival period on Arrival Day is between 7:00am and 3:00pm.
- Your apartment must be vacated on Departure Day.
- Do not book a return flight that departs before the exam period is over. Exams will not be rescheduled to accommodate return flights.
