AGREEMENT FOR ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL SERVICES

WHEREAS the Freelancer agrees to provide such services to the Company in accordance with the terms and conditions set out herein, and following the Company’s operation manual;
Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

SCOPE OF SERVICES: The Freelancer is engaged to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for the Company and its staff. This includes managing, updating, and utilizing multiple CRM systems, handling administrative tasks, coordinating operational activities, and ensuring smooth execution of daily operations in line with the Company's guidelines and standards.

DURATION: This Agreement shall commence on the 27th of November, 2023 and shall continue indefinitely until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing the other party with 14 days' written notice.

PAYMENT:
a. The Company agrees to pay the Freelancer a sum of 1300 BGN for services rendered.
b. Payments shall be made on the 27th of each month.

TRIAL PERIOD:
a. The initial 30 days of service under this Agreement shall be deemed as a trial period.
b. At the end of this trial period, the Company reserves the right to assess the quality of the Freelancer's services. If the Company finds the services to be unsatisfactory, the Company has the right to terminate this Agreement immediately without notice.

TERMINATION:
a. After the trial period, either party may terminate this Agreement with a 14-day written notice.
b. Should the Company find any breach of terms or unsatisfactory services, it reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately.
c. Either party may terminate this Agreement and mutual relationship with a 14-day written notice.

CONFIDENTIALITY: The Freelancer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all the
Company's proprietary information and not to disclose or use such information except as expressly permitted under this Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (as per the Company’s business address) and the Republic of Bulgaria (as per the Freelancer’s residential address).

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings between the parties.
