GENERAL INFORMATION
Registration fee for the meeting is 420€. Registration fees are VAT 22% included
Accompanying persons fee: 140€ (it includes welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, lunches and dinner on May 16th) or dinner only (40€)
Registration is due for all participants (both presenters and attendees only). Payment is possible by credit card or bank transfer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
100% refund for cancellations by February 29th, 2024
50% refund for cancellations by April 15th, 2024
After April 15th, the registration fee is not refundable but substitutions are always accepted.
The meeting fee covers: access to technical sessions, welcome cocktail on May 14, coffee breaks, buffet lunches on 15-16 May, social dinner on May 16th

INVOICE: Registration is confirmed only upon payment receipt. Invoice will be sent after payment by e-mail prior to the conference (please fill in the invoicing details during the registration procedure: you can choose invoice to person or invoice to company/institution.)
