For core allergy and requirements based upon religious/lifestyle grounds, please complete this form and the School will notify the catering company of your child's requirements.

Our catering company is able to offer core allergen free menus that are NGCI (gluten), NGCI & milk free, milk free, egg free and allergen free.

Vegan and Halal menus are also available on request.

Core allergies are managed in accordance with the School's catering company's (Aspens) Allergy Policy.

For medical diet requests, please complete this form and the School will forward the relevent information on to the catering company.

If available you are able to upload any referral letter(s) or other information from a medical professional (GP/consultant/dietician).

The catering company may need to meet the student’s parent/carer to discuss any specific requirements and will consult with their company Nutritionist for bespoke dietary needs.

Whilst the School's catering company can provide meals which do not include allergens, they cannot guarantee that dishes will not contain traces of allergens, as these may be stored, prepared & cooked in the same kitchen as well as present in some ingredients from their suppliers due to production techniques.
