By submitting this form you recognize that the Poietes Tutoring program is not a complete educational program. Further education at home or in private/public school is required to fulfill the Government of Saskatchewan's educational requirements. 

You acknowledge that the Poietes program is designed to supplement student's learning with additional courses in Grammar, Logic, Rhetoric, and Theology.

Alongside this recognition, by submitting this form you agree to send a $100 registration fee to daniel.poietestutoring@gmail.com by July 15, 2024 to secure your child's place in the program. This is a non-refundable fee unless the minimum student requirement is not met. In that case, a reimbursment will be offered.

After you have submitted this form, an administrator will be in contact with you regarding school fees, and where to purchase curriculum.
