2026 Volunteer for Event Associate

Step Two: Select any number of hours as a Volunteer (zero compensation)

Please help us continue as a Soldier-On charity event by choosing a comfortable set of hours to volunteer before earning credits used to refund your event pass and competition entry fees as an Event Associate. Your support to help us is greatly appreciated.

Step Three: Complete this form

Select a range of hours to work as an Event Associate (EA) to earn a refund

After your volunteer hours are fulfilled, you earn credits at a $20/hr rate. We will refund you up to a maximum amount equal to your event pass and competitions purchased.

Step Four: Review, change and pick assignments through DanceApp.net

Our HR manager will contact you a few weeks before the event to help you with selecting shifts and tasks. You won't need to miss what you want to enjoy.

Volunteer pizza party: Friday night (see schedule for details)
Flexible roles available—choose as many areas as you like
Credits are issued after volunteer hours are completed
