2025 Club Function Pack Application
In 2025, Guild-registered clubs have access to 700 points which can be spent on function packs which includes offerings from The Tav and Kirribilli catering.

The packs are awarded on the basis that one or more of the following objectives are met through their use:
- To raise awareness of the club,
- To promote a specific upcoming project or event run by the club,
- To attract members to the club,
- To raise revenue for the club,
- To provide catering to enhance an existing club event,
- To provide an additional social event for their members.
Function Pack Menu

The club function pack menu is also found within this booking form to assist you as you lodge your application. The menu includes:
- BBQ Packs
- Tav Packs (dine-in & take-away)
- Kirribilli Catering Packs
- Opening/collection hours
- Terms & conditions for each pack
- Notice periods
- Cancellation policies
Minimum Requirements

Please refer to Section 2. of the Guild's Club Sponsorship Policy for full process and requirements. A summary is provided below:
- Minimum one week's notice must be provided for all bookings.
- Only available to clubs currently registered with the Curtin Student Guild. Note that clubs who have not successfully completed their annual renewal / set-up project in Tidy HQ, do not have access to this perk until this is done. More information about club registrations can be found here.
- Only available for on-campus events.
- Only available at specified times / days - outlined on the menu.
- Pack-specific additional terms & conditions apply - outlined on the menu.
- Fixed total annual funding allocation exists for function packs each year (across all clubs). Unfortunately, no further applications can be accepted once this allocation has been exhausted. The Guild recommends clubs submit applications as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Other Application Notes
- Each pack has a point value assigned.
- All points do not need to be claimed at once.
- Clubs may use multiple packs for one event, or use points throughout the year.
- Unused points will not roll over to the next year.
- If you have exceeded your point allocation for the year, you are welcome to proceed with booking additional packs at your club's expense. Please contact clubs@guild.curtin.edu.au for pricing.

The Tav

The Tav is Guild owned, and provides modern pub bistro food and drinks in a relaxed and casual setting.
Before selecting, please consider and note the following:
- Notice requirement: Minimum of 1 week
- Check the Tav opening hours.
- Please note that on Tuesdays & Wednesdays during semester, the Tav is unavailable for events that utilise AV equipment, due to their existing weekly Quiz Nights and Games Nights.
- Check the Tav Function Calendar to gauge availability & other event clashes.
- Dine-in options include a space reservation at The Tav. All attendees must be aged 18+ with an approved form of identification upon entry.
- Takeaway options can be booked for events outside of The Tav whether on-campus or off-campus, provided they are Guild approved club events.
  - Food must be consumed/provided to attendees immediately after collection and upon arrival of the destination.
- Cancellation policy: All packs require a minimum of one week’s notice to cancel. Failure to provide this will result in deduction of the relevant point value from your club’s available points allocation for the year.

You will not need to submit a separate event application to receive event approval for bookings within the Tav. The Club Support team will contact you with any follow-up queries prior to approving your booking.

Kirribilli Packs

Kirribilli Catering is Guild owned and provides award-winning catering on the Bentley campus. These are great options for hosting industry focussed and professional events.
Before selecting, consider and note the following:
- Notice requirement: Minimum of 1 week
- These options are for on-campus Guild approved events only.
- Available for collection between 8am – 7pm, Monday – Friday only. Semester break hours may be subject to change.
- All packs come in compostable packs with side plates and napkins.
- Food must be consumed/provided to attendees immediately after collection.
- These packs cannot be booked on Kirribilli’s website.
- Additional catering from Kirribilli’s public menu may be booked separately via the Kirribilli website at your expense.
- Carefully review all dietary information outlined on each pack. No further substitutions can be made.
- Cancellation policy: All packs require a minimum of one week’s notice. Failure to provide this will result in deduction of the relevant point value from your club’s available points allocation for the year.
