• Colony HOA Clubhouse Reservation

  • All Colony residents with dues current are eligible to rent the clubhouse. Fill out information on the reservation form below and use the SUBMIT button. You will be contacted and if the date is available, you will drop off a $50 reservation check made out to Colony HOA to hold your reservation on the calendar. 

    FOR ALL EVENTS: No alcohol, smoking or cooking inside/outside clubhouse is allowed. We ask that all events end by 9:00 pm so  guests can leave the parking lot by 9:30 pm to be thoughtful of homes close to the clubhouse.

    BEFORE EVENT: The clubhouse will be inspected to make sure it is clean and all supplies are ready for your event. We will contact you to let you know it is ready.

    SET UP: If you plan to hang anything on walls, do not use push tacks, nails, or tape as these damage the walls. Use Command Strips or Command hooks if needed.

    CLEANUP: All renters are asked to clean the clubhouse after their event as it is not normal maintenance. All areas (bathrooms, hallways, clubhouse main area) are to be cleaned. Cleaning products, including paper towels, are provided under the kitchen sink and a broom and mop are on the side of the refrigerator. Please only use clear water to mop.

    If you have attached anything to the walls, check for any damage when they are taken down.

    Take all trash from bathrooms (2 in each) and clubhouse to your home. Extra trash bags are in the bottom of trashcans.

    Tables/chairs should be put back as they were before the event. Photos of how to store tables/chairs are on the refrigerator.

    AFTER EVENT: After all CLEANUP directions above are completed, text 318-470-2746 so the clubhouse can be inspected. You will be contacted after the clubhouse is checked.

    If the clubhouse (main kitchen area, entrance/exit halls, all bathrooms) are clean, tables/chairs are cleaned and put up properly, all trash is taken away, no damage in any area including walls, your reservation check will be shredded.

    If any area is not clean, trash remains, walls are damaged, chairs/tables are dirty or not put up properly, any damage in any spaces used, your reservation check will be sent to First Choice to deposit.
