STRENGTH IN THE CITY Sponsor & Vendor Agreement

This Agreement is entered on the date of submission of this form, between
Strength In The City (hereinafter referred to as SITC) and the company or person's name listed in the previous page (Both sponsee and vendor/sponsor hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties”). The parties agrees that the receipt and use of the funds from SITC are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Terms for Vendor Agreement:

a. Vendor/sponsor must aid in marketing and promoting SITC
events on their social media platforms and email blasts, prior to the event.

When posting on social media, please have all posts include:

STRENGTH IN THE CITY must be in all caps

b. SITC will promote vendor/sponsor across all media:
social, print, digital, tv & radio
c. SITC will provide a table space
d. Vendor/sponsor will provide all marketing and print assets for their activation and space.

STRENGTH IN THE CITY Vendor Space & Tent

Each vendor will bring their own supplies and equipment for activation in their space, unless negotiated otherwise with the STRENGTH IN THE CITY (SITC) team. The vendor provides signage, additional tables, chairs, trash cans, fridge and heating/cooling etc. Only merchandise or services that you normally provide will be allowed in your space. Please be creative with your displays, activation and space. The STRENGTH IN THE CITY team encourages public interaction safely.

Merchandise/Product
- STRENGTH IN THE CITY member(s) reserves the right to determine those businesses, organizations or activities most suitable for this event.
- No material unsuitable for family viewing
- No sale of alcohol products unless agreed to with SITC team
- Only items listed on application will be allowed to be displayed or sold.
Booth Set-up, Breakdown & Guidelines
- Booth set-up information will be sent out the week prior to the event.
- Booth breakdown information will be sent out the week prior to the event.
- I can sell/provide services or items I sell in my business currently.
- I can post signage on the perimeter of the event space and around my space.
- There are no refunds. I have read the above and agree to the terms stated herein.
- Contracts and Invoices must be paid & signed within 48 hours from confirming, or your spot will be released.
- STRENGTH IN THE CITY not responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or claim arising out of the acts or omissions of the participating vendors. Participant (indemnitor) shall defend and indemnify the STRENGTH IN THE CITY (indemnities) for any claims and liabilities arising from the negligence, fault, acts or omissions of the participant (indemnitor). I understand that STRENGTH IN THE CITY is an outdoor event. The event will occur regardless of weather conditions.
- I will follow State mandates and execute SITC safety guidelines on the day of the event.
