  • The Stretch Therapy Practitioner Course is a comprehensive training program designed to develop students into professional stretch therapy Practitioner. The course covers areas such as biomechanics, musculoskeletal anatomy, physiology, and related developments in muscle tension.

    Students will learn effective techniques for stretch therapy, assisting clients in releasing tight muscles, alleviating pain, and promoting physical recovery. The course emphasizes a foundational understanding of anatomy and physiology and how to apply this knowledge in stretch therapy.

    Additionally, students will learn about the relevant developments in muscle tension, understanding their impact on physical well-being and how to address and alleviate such conditions. The course also includes the study of disabilities and trigger points, as well as the application of myofascial techniques.

    By completing this Stretch Therapy Practitioner Certification , students will gain professional knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality stretch therapy services, helping clients release tight muscles, alleviate pain, and promote physical recovery.

     

    Admission Requirements:

    High school graduation or minimum age of 18 for adult students.

    (a) Personal reasons: After completing registration and payment, students who are unable to attend classes due to the following circumstances will not be eligible for refunds, class transfers, or transfers to another person.
    (b) Force majeure: Including but not limited to situations where the center cannot fulfill its responsibilities or arrange or conduct classes due to fire, flood, earthquake, or other severe natural disasters or acts of God, or due to protests, riots, civil disobedience, uprisings, marches, rebellion, gatherings, demonstrations, occupations, disturbances, large assemblies, war, insurrection, deliberate destruction, infectious diseases, or terrorist attacks, or the potential occurrence of the aforementioned events or actions.

    2.
    a) Wear appropriate sportswear (shoes will be removed for the class), public restrooms are available on site;
    b) Arrive 5-10 minutes early for preparation;
    c) Bring your own water and towel;

    3.
    a) The Pain Relief Exercise Class focuses on relieving pain and relaxation. If students have any pain issues, they should inform the instructor before the first class for proper management.
    b) If a doctor/physiotherapist advises against attending any stretching exercise classes or other strength training courses, students should inform the instructor before the first class for proper management.

    4.
    a) If you feel uncomfortable during exercise, please notify the instructor immediately and stop exercising.
    b) During the class, the instructor may correct students' movements. If students are uncomfortable with any reasonable physical contact, they should inform the instructor before the class.

    5.
    Adaptation period: Friends with no exercise experience should pay special attention to their body's reaction in the first 3 months! Different sensations after exercise (soreness, referred pain) are common responses. If there are any problems, you can notify the instructor.

    6.
    If classes are cancelled due to bad weather, the association will notify students of the makeup class date and time.
    If a student cannot attend due to personal reasons, there will be no makeup classes.

    7.
    Participants who register and attend the center's exercise classes represent that they do not have any serious long-term illness or injury unsuitable for any exercise, and have not been advised against stretching exercises and strength training by professionals (such as doctors or physiotherapists, etc.). They are willing to take full responsibility for any injuries and damages caused by personal negligence and understand and are willing to follow the reasonable instructions of the center's staff and employees.

    ** In case of any dispute, the association reserves the right to make the final decision.
