    Anything with a red *asterix* is a required field. Anything with two black **asterix** in front and at the end of something is an option that may cost you extra. Please fill this form out with the most accurate infomation you can. Thank you :)

    If you have any requests that cannot be accuratley explained via this form then please email us. 

    Filling out this form does not equate to placing an order. Once we have responded to this enquiry you will hear back from us to say wether we can accomidate your request or not. This will include a price.

    Thank you for choosing to order from Pink Palace Bakes. Please take a moment to read this policy carefully before placing your order.

    General Information

    • We operate a fully vegan kitchen. All products are free from dairy, eggs, and other animal-derived ingredients.
    • We do use nuts and peanuts in our kitchen. These are stored separately from other ingredients, and we take great pride in maintaining a thorough cleaning process. However, as this is a home kitchen, and the same equipment is used for all bakes, we cannot guarantee that any product will be completely free from traces of nuts or peanuts.
    • If you have any allergies, it is essential that you inform us before placing an order.


    Allergen Labelling

    • All custom-ordered products will be labelled with any allergens they contain upon collection or delivery.

    • A full ingredients list can be provided on request for any custom order.
      For products purchased through our online store (e.g. Etsy), a full ingredient list will always be included either in the product description online or within the packaging.

    Gluten free information

    • At this time, we do not offer gluten-free products due to the risk of cross-contamination within a home kitchen environment. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
    • We are, however, happy to accommodate customers with a gluten intolerance by providing low-gluten bakes on request. Please note these will not be certified gluten-free and may contain traces of gluten.

    While every effort is made to minimise risks, we cannot guarantee that any product will be free from allergens. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
