    T-Bone, Rib Steak, Top Sirloin and a Few Tenderloin

  • How would you like your Top Round processed (max 2 choices)*
  • How would you like your Bottom Round processed? (max 2 choices)*
  • BRISKET

  • Would you like your Brisket? If not it will be put into ground beef.*
