Thank you for your interest in fostering with C.A.R.E.4Paws! We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization serving Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties. We are dedicated to keeping pets safe, healthy and with the people who love them. Through our foster programs, we provide temporary care for companion animals whose families are experiencing a crisis, including domestic violence, hospitalization, homelessness, housing instability, medical emergencies and other short-term hardships.
