The Meraki Collective Vendor Registration

The Meraki Collective Vendor Information:

*Vendor Fees are Non-refundable. You must be paid at least two days before the event or space will be forfeited.

Set up will begin at 6:30 pm (5:30 pm for the Willingboro Open Mic). Tables must be ready for doors to open at 7:00 pm. *If you arrive after 6:45 pm (5:45 pm for Willingboro) you will be prohibited from setting up. Please plan accordingly.
FOOD VENDORS MUST BRING THEIR OWN SERVING EQUIPMENT AND ALL ITEMS MUST BE PREPARED. The venues do not include kitchens.
6ft tables will be provided. Vendors must bring their own tablecloths.
Vendors are responsible for having someone at their tables at all times.
Vendors must stay until the event ends at 10 pm. Due to the nature of our events, early breakdown will be an interruption.

Before applying for your space, please be aware of additional vending requirements: 1. We expect all vendors to promote this event to the best of their ability, by posting on social media using the hashtag #merakinj2025 2. All vendors will receive one 6ft table. Additional space available upon request (fee applies). 3. Space is limited. Selected vendors will receive a message via email or private messaging. All vendor selection decisions are final.
