General Information

On the day of the event, all services will be performed following a schedule. I ask that you communicate the importance of being on time and properly prepared for each individual receiving services.
Please inform us ahead of time of any time restrictions, schedule changes, or other situations that would affect the timing of services.
Last minute services requested on-site may be possible if time allows. All prepaid services will have first priority and we cannot guarantee any other services will be completed. Separate payments may be made for individual services, but must be received before the service is performed.
Consider wearing clothing that is easy to remove without disturbing hair or makeup. Professional products and application techniques will be used to ensure longevity. However, if you have any concerns about your style lasting, please communicate this during your styling session. We are not responsible for issues with hair/ makeup once we have left the venue.
Communication: To ensure clear and proactive communication, we will maintain one primary point of contact.

Trial Appointments

Trial appointment for the bride is included and will be done at The Mane Suite Salon. If scheduling your trial appointment around bridal portraits or events, please make sure you allow plenty of time for travel. We are not responsible if trial appointments take longer than anticipated. Trials are as much for us, as they are for your wedding day vision. Please be diligent about scheduling your trial appointment as availability is limited.
Trial appointments may be rescheduled once (with at least 24-hour notice) without a fee. Excessive rescheduling or no-show immediately forfeit the event date and deposit.

Travel, Deposit, Fees & Other Information

On site fee of $45 + mileage fee $0.63 / mile each way.
There is a minimum of 4 services required for on site styling.
To secure your booking with us we require a contract agreement & a non-refundable $100 deposit upon booking. The $100 deposit is applied to total amount due for services booked. You can book by calling the salon or scheduling a bridal consultation.

Photography & Images

Client agrees to provide The Mane Suite Salon with photo images taken the day of the event.
Client agrees to the use of images for advertising on websites, social media, or printed ads for promotional services.

Bridal Hair- $60+
Bridal Makeup- $75+

Bridal Party Hair- $45+
Bridal Party Makeup- $65+
8 years and under Hair- $35+
