What is the date you want to terminate the tenancy. MUST be a MINIMUM of 120 days from the date you serve this notice on the tenant AND it must be on the LAST day of the Rental Period (if they pay rent on the 1st, then the last day of the month is the last day of the rental period - If they pay on ANY OTHER DAY, then it is on the DAY BEFORE in the NEXT MONTH - so, If the Pay Rent on January 15th, then the LAST day of the rental Period is 14th of February)*

If the residential complex has FEWER than 5 units, you need to pay the tenants ONE months rental amount as compensation. OR give them another unit satisfactory to them.

If you selected REASON # 2 - Same as above, EXCEPT if there are 5 or more units you May have to pay the rent for the period that the repairs are being done. WHICHEVER IS LESS.
