Pro Tip:

If you are considering new construction, I can help you with that purchase. However, I must be with you the first time when you tour the builder's model homes. When you visit model homes, the sales agent usually asks you to register. If you register without your realtor there with you, the builder will not allow you to have me or any realtor represent you through your home purchase with them. It does not save you money to purchase through their sales agent. Remember that the sales agent represents the builder's best interest, not yours. Be sure you don't forfeit your own representation.
