  • Exhibitor Details:

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    A. Eligibility

    • Participation is open to all artists and related businesses whose work aligns with the theme and objectives of the event.
    • Products for sale should incorporate at least 30% Taylor Swift-inspired elements (lyrics, fan art, album colors, etc.).
    • Businesses selling bootleg items will be rejected.
    • Exhibitors of all age groups are welcome.

    B. Participation Fee:

    • FULL TABLE EARLY BIRD RATE - Php 3,500.00 (VAT inclusive)
      Register and pay from November 25 to December 31 to avail the early bird rate*

    • FULL TABLE REGULAR RATE - Php 4,500.00 (VAT inclusive)

    • HALF TABLE EARLY BIRD RATE - Php 1,750.00 (VAT inclusive)
      Register and pay from November 25 to December 31 to avail the early bird rate*

    • HALF TABLE REGULAR RATE - Php 2,250.00 (VAT inclusive)

    C. Maximum number of people allowed behind the table:

    • FULL TABLE EXHIBITORS: Up to 4 pax per table only
    • HALF TABLE EXHIBITORS: Up to 2 pax per table only

    D. Registration Process:

    • Upon filling out the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email from newromanticsmarket@gmail.com acknowledging receipt of your registration within 2-3 business days.
    • Registration period is from November 25, 2023 (Saturday) to January 10, 2024 (Wednesday) or until slots are available. Limited slots per day.

    E. Payment:

    • Participation fee is due (7) business days upon receiving the registration confirmation email.

    F. Payment Method:

    • Bank Transfer/Online Payment details are provided in the registration confirmation email upon reviewing your business eligibility.

    G. The fee is NON-REFUNDABLE but is TRANSFERRABLE (to another exhibitor).

    H. Refund request is eligible and is to be processed within 30 business days IF AND ONLY IF the event has been canceled or postponed due to "Force Majeure".

    I. New Romantics Market reserves the right to evaluate and approve/disapprove all applications.

    J. Cancellation:

    • If a merchant needs to cancel their participation, they must notify the organizing committee at least three (3) weeks prior to the event via email. Cancellation requests will only be granted if the cancellation is made within the given time frame.
    • The participation fee is non-refundable but is transferable.

    K. All exhibit spaces shall be on a first-paid, first-served basis. Exhibitors will be asked to choose their exhibit space once the layout is ready.

    L. Choosing your exhibit space/s shall be based on the order you have submitted and paid your reservation fee; only paid exhibitors can choose their exhibit space.

    M. New Romantics Market reserves the right to re-layout the floor plan as may be necessary. Priority to choose slots in the reassigned areas shall follow a first-paid-first-serve policy.

    N. Sharing of exhibitor space is allowed. Please provide the email address and details of your co-exhibitor so we can include them on our mailing list.

    O. As part of our event, we highly encourage exhibitors to actively promote their involvement using their own social media platforms. New Romantics Market will not promote or mention non-participating businesses or suppliers.

    P. Detailed exhibit guidelines to follow.

    Q. New Romantics Market shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligation due to any of the following causes (which events and/or circumstances are hereinafter referred to as “Force Majeure”), to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, earthquake, typhoon, public health emergency, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss sustained by the exhibitor directly or indirectly attributable to the elements of nature or by events of force majeure or any mishaps that may occur during the exhibit run including orders or directives imposed by any government authority. The exhibit may be shortened, postponed, or canceled due to any cause whatsoever beyond the control of The Organizer. In case of postponement or cancellation due to events of force majeure, a refund request is eligible and is to be processed within 30 business days.

  • Should be Empty:
