STALLHOLDER REQUIREMENTS FOR FOOD SALES & PERMITS: All stallholders selling manufactured foods, hot foods, or other consumable goods must comply with Council and Government guidelines, health regulations, and safety standards. This includes obtaining all necessary licenses and permits and ensuring the stall setup meets required health and safety regulations. These obligations must be maintained at all times. Stallholders selling edible products at the Market must have the relevant permits on-site on the day of operation.
