Ashleigh, a seasoned 14-year nurse with a background in emergency rooms, trauma, flight, surgery, and most recently aesthetics, is the founder of Pearl Aesthetics. Originally based in northern Tennessee, she later expanded her practice to Glastonbury, CT. Once in Glastonbury, Ashleigh came across Melissa and her passion for finding the causes behind her client’s hair loss. Melissa’s passion became contagious, and Ashleigh soon became hooked too.

Inspired by their shared commitment, Ashleigh and Melissa sought guidance from Carly Klein of National Hair Loss Medical Aesthetics. With Melissa’s expert knowledge of the client’s hair loss journey and Ashleigh's background in injections and medical aesthetics, we are excited to collaborate to fill the void in the realm of hair loss.
