Playdate vendors provide an activity that appeals to families with children under 6 years old. 

The Play District Phoenix will promote your business through social media mentions, newsletter features, and sponsored Facebook event ads. You'll be tapped into our network of Phoenix families who are actively looking for a fun experience with their kids.

Time:

• 9:00am-11:00am 
• Arrive at least 30 mins prior to start time to set up. Breakdown at 11:00am

Legal:

• If you are providing an activity like bounce house, soft play, ball pit, etc. that has potential of injury. Please provide a valid certificate of insurance covering your activities. *Email us if you have any questions at phoenix@theplaydistrict.com
• A Hold Harmless Agreement is required for all playdate participants.
• If you are selling products please provide your TPT license number. 

We only accept a limited amount of vendors per playdate. It's a great chance for you to promote your business and connect with potential customers. We make sure that our businesses and activities are a perfect match for each other, allowing us to create a fun and non-competitive event.

A non-refundable vendor fee of $50 is required for each playdate. This fee must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Failure to do so may result in your application being withdrawn, and we will need to seek an alternative vendor.

Please note that the vendor fee may be subject to change depending on the specific playdate to cover additional costs. For instance, some playdates may require indoor accommodations during the summer months.

If accepted you will be notified via email at least 2 weeks before the playdate. Due to the high volume of applications we cannot reply to each entry.
