2 inspections included with permit fee.

Additional inspections charged $115.00 per hour, minimum 1 hour charge.

All fees shall be paid before a permit can be issued, requests for inspections or approvals for occupancy.

Payments using a credit card will incur an additional 3% service fee.

Performing work without a permit, the permit fee is double (2X) times the normal applicable fee.
