The Pride of Mesa Ridge, staff, and parent volunteers would like to invite you to apply for our 2025 Holiday Craft Fair!! Profits from this show will directly benefit Mesa Ridge High School’s Winter Guard & Percussion programs.

Booth Fees

Space pricing is $150 for a 10’x 10’ space. If additional space is needed you may purchase multiple spaces. We have limited corner booths available for an additional $20. Tables are available for rent at $10 each. Limited electrical spaces are available at an additional charge of $10 per booth (vendors will need to provide their own extension cords). Chairs will be provided at no additional cost. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>APPLICATIONS AND SPECIAL REQUESTS WILL BE TAKEN ON A FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE BASIS. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Eligible Items: All items being sold must be handcrafted. No importers, wholesale or resale items will be allowed. Open flame and/or items representing drug or gang culture will not be permitted. (Reference D-3 Board policy) We will be allowing 1 vendor from each Direct Sales Company who can only sell the products in which their company represents.

You Must upload 3-5 photos of your booth and product. Failure to do so will result in your application being rejected.
Additional Comments/Questions:

Please read the following guidelines and information before applying to our craft fair:

● A list of all items being sold is REQUIRED on your application. ● At least 3 color photos of items MUST be submitted ● Absolutely no paraphernalia or tobacco permitted or sold ● You will be notified once your application is received and whether or not it is accepted. ● Widefield District 3 is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any loss or damage to displayed crafts. ● District fire regulations apply: No burning, scents, candles, or other live flames permitted. ● You will NOT BE ABLE TO SET UP prior to the day of the event. ● Student volunteers will be available to help on the day of the event. ● Sales taxes are solely the responsibility of the vendor. ● Concession stand will be operated by the MRHS students. Food will be available for purchase during the fair.
Set Up/Take Down:

Set up is on Saturday from 8:00am - 9:45am. We asked that all vendors be completely set up by 9:45am. Take down will be on Sunday from 4:00pm - 6:00pm. No vendor is to start breaking down until 4:00pm unless it has been arranged with the event coordinator in advance! Any vendor to do so will lose the privilege of being invited back. Student helpers will be available to help assist with unloading and loading during these times. If you have not checked in by 9:00am on Saturday your booth may be forfeited to a vendor on our wait list.
Cancellation Policy

Prior to October 14th you are eligible for a 50% refund. After October 14th your fees will be considered a donation to Mesa Ridge High School’s Band Program and no refund will be given.
