This form is for all Welly Collective locations. Please ensure to select ALL locations you are applying for and a rent type for EACH location. You must read the License to Occupy (contract between yourself and Welly Collective) and sign it to be able to join Welly Collective.
Welcome to Welly Collective.
Welly Collective aims to bring together small businesses in central locations to make a unique shopping experience for customers. As a vendor in a store you will set up your own display (or organise set up with us if you aren't local). Welly Collective will sell your items on your behalf. You will need to have each item clearly priced with a business name clearly displayed on each product. You will pay rent 4 weeks in advance. Sales will be paid out every two weeks with a 15% commission taken on total sales. Please note that Welly Collective insurance covers the buildings not the stock, Welly Collective doesn't cover stock loss or damages, full details are in the terms and conditions at the bottom of the form You will be able to join a private Facebook page where once a week vendors can request photos of their displays. This is also a space where staff will contact you if they need to get a message to you about your stock or display. The notice period if you wish to leave / take a break is 4 weeks.

There are two rates, one is the rate January - September. in 2026 the higher rate is charged for the three weeks of The World of Wearable Arts (September 17 - October 7th) and the Christmas sales period of November and December.
