$190.00 Includes 1 plan review and 1 inspection. Additional inspections are charged $115.00 per hour, minimum 1 hour charge.

*A complete set of drawings shall be submitted with this application, including all dimensions of the solar array, fire department roof access and ventilation requirements, location of all electrical supplies and shut offs, location and layout of battery storage if applicable, description of fire suppression system if appliable, cut sheets for equipment that will be used.

All fees shall be paid before a permit can be issued, requests for inspections or approvals for occupancy.

Payments using a credit card will incur an additional 3% service fee.

Performing work without a permit, the permit fee is double (2X) times the normal applicable fee.
