Notice to End your Tenancy at the End of the Term / Late rent payments

TERMINATION DATE INSTRUCTIONS

If the Tenant Pays you MONTHLY you MUST give 60 days notice.
IT MUST ALSO be the LAST day of the Rental Period.
EXAMPLE - (If they pay Rent on the 1st of the month, then the last day of the rental period would be, Jan.31, Feb 28, Mar 31 etc.

IF they pay it on ANY OTHER DAY of the Month, then the LAST DAY of the RENTAL PERIOD is the day BEFORE that, in the Following Month. (Example, Pay on the Jan. 15th, then last day would be Feb. 14th)

If this is a daily or weekly Tenancy, then you must give 28 days notice. (If they pay rent on Fridays then the last day would be the following THURSDAY)

If serving by email, you MUST have consent to service by emial from the tenant, If you do not have this, you must serve it on the tenant by, giving it to them, putting it in the mailbox, or putting uder the door.
