Please read the following information very carefully!
We recommend doing your research on the pomsky breed before setting a deposit. Pomskys are known for their high energy and they require at least an hour of exercise a day to avoid boredom. Please do your research if you are considering a Pomsky!
Approval & Deposit: 2-3 days from the day that we receive your application, you will receive an email on whether or not your application was approved. All applications are processed in the order they were received. Approved homes will receive another email with information on how to make a non-refundable $800.00 deposit, which will only be accepted through the app of Venmo or Zelle. We do not have a waitlist, so it is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please deposit within 48 hours of the approved email. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, but it can be transferred to another litter if we do not have what you are looking for. If you made a deposit, your place in line is secured.
Your puppy selection: We do not have a waitlist; the list is based on your application approval and deposit. Choosing your puppy starts at 5 weeks of age when the eye color and estimated weight are determined. Our deposits are transferable to another litter in the case that we do not have what you are looking for. There will be individual photos of the puppies on our Facebook and Instagram accounts. We can also send you individual photos through Direct Message if you'd like, so please make sure your Facebook and Instagram name is spelled correctly above. Please make sure that you are following us for any updates and cute photos! As the puppies are being selected, we will post photos of the available puppies online and personally through email with a description of them and their price. Please have at least two puppies in mind when selecting a puppy, that way you have a backup just in case the one that you want gets chosen. Once choosing a puppy, the full payment is required two weeks or sooner before the pick-up date. The pick-up date will be selected between the breeder and the new owner during the dates specified above.
Our Contract: Upon approval of the application and deposit, the breeder will send the future owner a contract with all the information stated above. The future owner is required to sign and send the contract back to the breeder within 48 hours of receiving the contract. The contract makes sure that everything stated is legally binding and that both parties understand the commitment of the contract. On the day of pick-up, the future owner will be required to show identification and must sign the remaining part of the contract, which will be provided by the breeder.
Spray/Neuter: The puppy is not sold with breeding rights and therefore we require new families to spay/neuter within the first 6-12 months from a licensed veterinarian. The new owner is financially responsible for this procedure, please note that the breeder will not pay for the procedure. Consequently, know that we will take legal action if we do not receive proof of surgery.
Breeding Rights: Breeding rights are only considered for established reputable breeders on a case-to-case basis. Please note breeding rights are an additional $1,000.00usd to the set price of the puppy.
Taking Puppy Home: Puppies are required to be taken home at 8 weeks of age. We cannot keep the puppies for an extended period, future owners are required to pick up their puppies in person, at a location determined by both the breeder and future owner. Puppies will be given their vaccines before pick-up; the proof will be given to the new owner.
