The Provider agrees to offer a 10-week Te Reo Maori course to the Student.**Fees:** The tuition fee for the course is $150 per hour. **Payment Schedule:** Payment is due in full at the beginning of each session or weekly/monthly in advance, as agreed upon between the Provider and the Student. **Cancellation and Refunds:** In the event of cancellation by the Student, refunds will be provided according to the following schedule: - Cancellation within 48 hours prior to the scheduled session: No refund. - Cancellation with more than 48 hours' notice: Refund for the remaining sessions. **Responsibilities:** The Provider agrees to: - Provide high-quality instruction in Te Reo Maori. - Maintain a professional and respectful learning environment. - Adhere to the scheduled session times. The Student agrees to: - Attend each session punctually. - Abide by the rules and guidelines set by the Provider. - Make timely payments for the course. **Termination:** Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party fails to fulfill their obligations as outlined in this Agreement. **Confidentiality:** Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course.*
