Waiver

If you choose to participate in this Program, you must first read, understand and agree to the following release and waiver provision: I understand that my participation in this Program is entirely voluntary and at my own risk. In consideration for my being able to participate in the Program, I hereby release Dow, including its consolidated subsidiaries and/or eligible joint ventures (the "Sponsors of the Program"), from any claims, demands and/or causes of action relating in any way to any loss, injury or damages to my person or property (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) incurred because of my participation in the Program, notwithstanding that any such loss, injury or damage may have arisen, in whole or in part, by reason of an act or omission by one or more of the above-listed Sponsors of the Program, including their employees, directors or agents.
