Do you have a recent clean vulnerable sector and police clearance record ? (We require one done within 1year of program cohort start date) if not are you willing to obtain one asap or by January 9, 2024 and provide the copy of your receipt in order to be added to the list of workshop facilitators in any cohort starting March 2024 -November 2024? and then provide a copy of the final vulnerable sector clearance and police record for our records before you proceed to facilitate any workshops in the FAME program ? *

Details and Information

This program is scheduled to begin in Spring 2024 . The first part for will be group based learning workshops led by professionals from various disciplines in the Arts. Each workshop session will be for 1- l2.5 hours on 4 Saturdays per cohort . The exact dates locations & times will be given to participants once they have been offered a spot . Once you have completed the form you will be contacted with more info on the intake screening process which will include a brief one to one interview with the program Director and a program Facilitator . Once you have been notified that you are accepted into the program, a contract will be sent to you to sign & the date and times of the sessions you would be required to facilitate and honorariam payments you will receive will be provided on contracts which you will be required to sign and return by a specified date .
