The initial deposit to join our waitlist is $200 and will be credited to the total cost. A second deposit of $300 is due when you pick a puppy. This is also credited to the total cost. All puppies are sold as PETS ONLY unless other specified and previously agreed upon.The deposit is not refundable unless we choose to cancel the sale/agreement in which case we will promptly and at once refund your deposit. If buyer chooses to cancel the sale/agreement there will be no refund. Full payment is due no later than 8 weeks of age, prior to the puppy going home. At the time you purchase your puppy you will be provided a sales agreement that details the breeder's warranties, policies, and restrictions. You must agree to and sign the sales agreement before the transaction is considered complete. A copy of this can be provided in advance for you to review at request.

The puppy comes with a two year non-transferable health guarantee that covers Genetic Defects. If the puppy is diagnosed within 2 years of the date of birth with a proven congenital defect that reduces the quality of life or is life threatening the breeder will replace the puppy with one of equal or lesser value, when one becomes available. The breeder does not guarantee the sex or color of the replacement puppy, only that the puppy will be replaced. The buyer must provide the breeder with proof of diagnosis from 2 separate veterinarians, not working at the same practice, for replacement. Should buyer choose to keep the diagnosed puppy, a 50% credit will be given to be put towards the purchase price of the replacement puppy. Please note the credit does not include shipping or boarding fees. The diagnosed dog must be altered, and current vaccinations, veterinarian's certificate, and diagnosis related documents provided to breeder to keep in said diagnosed puppies file. The buyer is responsible for any and all vet care, treatment, maintence etc including but not limited to treatment and reasonable hospitable care while being transferred back to the breeder in the event of a return to breeder. The buyer is responsible for providing humane euthanasia when necessary for life threatening cases, when quality of life is no longer there, and when medical intervention cannot maintain the dog in an acceptable state. In the event that the dog/puppy passes within 6 months of diagnosis, a full credit will be given proceeding a proper necropsy confirming the defect as the cause of death. There are no monetary refunds, only replacement. The breeder does not guarantee against conditions brought on by stress and or environment/environmental changes that we cannot control once the puppy has left our care. That being said our guarantee does not under any circumstances cover hypoglycemia, parasites, giardia, viral or bacterial infections, allergies, temperament, or conformation. We do not guarantee against parvo, mycoplasma, coccidiosis, distemper, brucellosis, or corona virus because these are HIGHLY contagious diseases that can be contracted immediately upon leaving our property.
