INSTRUCTIONS: The Veteran’s name must be given exactly as it is to be inscribed on the Moore County Veterans Memorial. No nicknames will be permitted! No rank, branch of service or period of service will be included. BE SURE TO SPELL THE NAME CORRECTLY.
CHARGE: There is a $40 charge for each Veteran’s name that will be inscribed on the monument. Please make checks or money orders payable to: MOORE COUNTY VETERANS MEMORIAL FUND.
VERIFICATION OF SERVICE: A copy of the Veteran’s DD-214 or Separation papers or a photo of a government grave marker is acceptable for verification.
