If you've already started the process of qualifying for home care services and do not yet know the outcome, there are a couple of things you can do. Get back in touch with the last person you spoke to. You can also call your local AAA agency to find out the status of the application and ask them what to do next. Find the AAA agency for your area.

Contact your case manager and request to be matched with Caring Hands United Inc as your SFC and/or home care provider. From there, your case manager will forward your case information to us and we will contact you to schedule an admission assessment.
