  • 1. Pain Free Stretching Workshop

    Long Term using weed cutters, snow blowers, etc., leads to back pain and shoulder strain.working also requires standing for long periods, which can lead to persistent pain syndromes, with pain in the shoulders, neck, back, buttocks, and knees being the most common. This workshop will discuss the causes of these five common pains and introduce methods for relief and muscle stretching exercises.

    Workshop Highlights:

    a. Deep muscle stretching effectively stimulates the vagus nerve, which helps improve emotional recovery and sleep quality.
    b. Full-range, moderate-intensity stretching is beneficial for blood circulation, normal muscle metabolism recovery, and reducing hypoxia issues.
    c. Targeted stretching exercises can effectively change overly tight muscles, restore joint stability, and reduce joint pain.

    The “Pain Free Exercise Workshop”, “Light Fitness Resistance Band Exercise Workshop”, and “Resistance Band Workshop” are only open to participants who have never attended before.

    Each person may join once only.
    (This restriction does not apply to the “Running Technique Workshop.”)

    2. Attire and Personal Items

    Please wear suitable sportswear and Bring your own water and towel.

    3. Weather Policy

    If adverse weather occurs within 3 hours before class starts, all instructor training courses or workshops will be cancelled.

    The Association will notify participants separately regarding any rescheduled date and time.
