        • Installation fees & Cancellation policy

          We offer month-to-month connections with no upfront installation fees. Should you submit a cancellation of your connection within the first 12 months of being connected, we may charge you a claw-back fee. All packages include a free-to-use router which is also included in the claw-back fee upon early termination.

        • Additional Billing Information

          Subscriptions are billed one month in advance. Pro-rata amounts will be added to your first month’s bill. Bounced debit orders will need to be paid via your LunaFibre customer portal with a Debit/Credit Card. This should be paid within 7 days after invoice is due. 
Late payments ( 8 days after due date on invoice ) may result in suspension of your service and a reconnection fee of R500 may be applicable and payable before reactivation can take place. For account queries please email accounts@lunafibre.com.
