I, the below signed, HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE Foxy & The Hound from liability pertaining to the matters below, and by signing this document agree to the following terms.

Iacknowledge that I have voluntarily entered into a contract with Foxy & The Hound Pet Sitting for pet sitting services and fully understand that pet care involves risks including but not limited to the escape of the pet(s), property damage, and serious injury, permanent disability, and/or death of the pet(s) from natural causes, the acts of said pet(s), the acts of other pet(s) and/or the acts of others. These risks may result by action, inaction, or negligence. Further there may be other risks not known, or not reasonably foreseeable, including but not limited to disability or death.

I acknowledge that Foxy & The Hound Pet Sitting (referred to in this document as "the Sitter") provides in-home pet care from a qualified, licensed veterinary professional who is certified to provide a high standard of care for pets, and decisions made while providing pet care services will be made in accordance with industry best practices as determined by these qualifications, licenses, certifications, and other experience, and with the welfare and health of my pets as the highest priority.

I acknowledge that the Sitter will also not cause, directly or indirectly, damage to my property and residence while providing pet care services unless the safety of the pet(s), the Sitter, or any others would be compromised otherwise.

I acknowledge that drop-in times and in-home stay arrival and departure times are approximate and subject to change based on the needs of all pets under the care of the Sitter. I entrust the Sitter to use their best judgment in caring for the pet(s I agree to hold the Company harmless for consequences related to such decisions.

Iacknowledge that animals are unpredictable and the Sitter and/or any others authorized to act on behalf of Foxy & The Hound Pet Sitting cannot be held responsible for mishaps including but not limited to the pet's refusal to take medication, escaping, biting, eating or destroying household items, damage to the inside or outside of the residence, and personal injury or accidental death.

I understand that in the event of inclement weather, natural disaster, or emergency the Sitter is entrusted to use their best judgment in caring for the pet(s The Sitter shall not be held responsible for any consequences related to any of their decisions.

I agree that I shall be solely responsible for any and all acts of and behaviour of the pet(s) while in the care of the Sitter. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the Sitter's property and injury to other animals or persons caused by the pet(s Should the pet(s) bite or otherwise injure the Sitter, I agree to pay all medical costs and lost wages incurred by the Sitter due to such injury.

I agree that I have read, understand, and agree to the Terms and Conditions for entering into a contract with Foxy & The Hound Pet Sitting, provided with this document and available on request.

Irelease the Foxy & The Hound Pet Sitting, its authorized representatives, and its employees from any and all liability for injury or illness suffered by the pet(s), other animals, or persons, for the escape of the pet(s), and for any property damage.
