Thanks for choosing the Racine Civic Centre for your event! To make your event planning appointment a breeze, we've compiled some key questions to answer beforehand. We understand it might seem lengthy, and some details may not be relevant to your specific event, but it helps us ensure everything runs flawlessly on the big day! For any questions, feel free to shoot us an email directly at events@FestivalPark.com. Unlike many other venues, we have no hidden fees and no minimum guest requirements – just a commitment to making your event unforgettable!
PACKAGE RATES are based on 200 or less in attendance. Have more guests? No problem! Just be prepared for a $10 pp increase.

Note: Two hours before the start of your event or ceremony time are included in your rental package (i.e 3:30 p.m. arrival with a 5:30 p.m. ceremony). There is no extra fee to set up your event the day before during our normal business hours, provided there is no conflict with other scheduled events.

After-hours set-up and tear-down time may be purchased in advance by the hour at $100 each within business hours and $200 outside of business hours.

We have 10 high chairs on-site. Please include what tables these need to go at in your seating chart no later than 5 days before the wedding.

Catering Selections

You have the freedom to choose any caterer you prefer. We have a list of preferred caterers who we've reviewed and approved to make your selection easier. If you choose a different caterer, we'll simply need to confirm they have the proper insurance and documentation. There's no additional charge for using an outside caterer with the Gala Package and they are allowed to use the kitchen for the duration of your event (Up to 5 Hours)

Will you have centerpieces?
Please provide vendor information in the vendor section of this form. They will be responsible for setting up & tearing down ALL florals DAY OF WEDDING. All items MUST be removed on night of wedding.

Will you have live music for your ceremony?
DJs/bands are not permitted to use Festival Park's sound system unless coordinated in advance. A rental fee will apply if applicable.
Do you need microphones for your ceremony?
Your Outside / Band typically provides them with their sound equipment. Rentals are available through Festival Park.
Are you planning to do a sparkler send-off at the end of reception?
Festival Park provides 20 inch sparklers, lighters, sand & buckets for extinguishing, & a fire extinguisher. $275 flat rate. Per the contract, client cannot provide their own. We do not allow rice, confetti or glitter to be thrown on the campus.

*If you will be using a party bus for the wedding party, we will take any coolers/alcohol that have been on the party bus upon arrival & store them in the office. We will return ALL items at the end of the night, but this ensures that outside alcohol that has been brought in off the party bus is not being consumed by guests/wedding party.

Final Guest Count - we cannot wait past 21 business days before the wedding for your final guest count. Example: If you are getting married on a Sunday, we will need final guest count 23 days pre-wedding (21 business days pre-wedding).
