PACKAGE RATES are based on 200 or less in attendance. Have more guests? No problem! Just be prepared for a $10 pp increase.
INCLUDED WITH RENTAL:
• STAFF: Event Manager, Bartenders, Custodial Staff
• TABLECLOTHS: White, Black, Sandalwood, or Ivory
• LINENS: A wide variety of linen napkin color choices
• TABLES: 8' (Seats 10) or 6' Rounds (Seats 8) Skirted cake table, gift table, head table, sign-in table, and DJ table (If needed)
• FLATWARE: Use of house place setting package for all guests
• CAKE CUTTING: (a serving is an additional $1 pp) with plates, napkins, and forks*
• CANDLES: LED per table if needed
• AUDIO: 2 Wireless Mics and Speakers for Head Table
Note: Two hours before the start of your event or ceremony time are included in your rental package (i.e 3:30 p.m. arrival with a 5:30 p.m. ceremony). There is no extra fee to set up your event during our normal business hours provided no other events that causes a conflict.
After-hours set-up and tear-down time may be purchased by the hour at $100 each.

Would you like any beverages, other than water, in the suites before your ceremony? Beer is $50 for 24 cases on ice. Wine & Champagne are subject to a market price of $7 to $26. Please include selections below if applicable.
Please remember to bring the following to your final meeting:
1. Final Guest Count - we cannot wait past 21 business days before the wedding for your final guest count. Example: If you are getting married on a Sunday, we will need final guest count 23 days pre-wedding (21 business days pre-wedding).
2. Seating Chart - after the final meeting our staff will email the final wedding diagram. Please send your finalized seating chart to us no later than 10 days before the wedding. Note where specialty & kids meals will go & which tables are family tables.
3. Please do not pay the final payment ahead of time.
4. A list of all items that you will be providing for us to set up - this may also be provided at item drop-off.
*Please note, the number of guest tables is determined by the final guest count. We will discuss guest table numbers at the final meeting.
