    Thanks for choosing the Racine Civic Centre for your event! To make your event planning appointment a breeze, we've compiled some key questions to answer beforehand. We understand it might seem lengthy, and some details may not be relevant to your specific event, but it helps us ensure everything runs flawlessly on the big day! Unlike many other venues, we have no hidden fees and no minimum guest requirements – just a commitment to making your event unforgettable!
  • PACKAGE RATES are based on 200 or less in attendance. Have more guests? No problem! Just be prepared for a $10 pp increase.

    INCLUDED WITH GALA PACKAGES:

    • STAFF: Custodial Staff 

    • TABLECLOTHS: White, Black, or Ivory

    • LINENS: A variety of linen napkin color choices

    • TABLES: Main Seating:72 in Round (Seats up to 10) Service Tables: 6 additional tables for buffet, gifts, desserts, etc.

    • FLATWARE/DRINKWARE: Use of house place setting package for you and your guests

    • CATERING SUPPORT: Kitchen service fee included for your choice caterer

  • Note: Two hours before the start of your event or ceremony time are included in your rental package (i.e 3:30 p.m. arrival with a 5:30 p.m. ceremony). There is no extra fee to set up your event the day before during our normal business hours, provided there is no conflict with other scheduled events.

    After-hours set-up and tear-down time may be purchased in advance by the hour at $100 each within business hours and $200 outside of business hours.

  • Catering Selections

    You have the freedom to choose any caterer you prefer. We have a list of preferred caterers who we've reviewed and approved to make your selection easier. If you choose a different caterer, we'll simply need to confirm they have the proper insurance and documentation. There's no additional charge for using an outside caterer with the Gala Package and they are allowed to use the kitchen for the duration of your event (Up to 5 Hours)

  • Please remember to bring the following to your final meeting:

    Final Guest Count - we cannot wait past 21 business days before the wedding for your final guest count. Example: If you are getting married on a Sunday, we will need final guest count 23 days pre-wedding (21 business days pre-wedding). 

    Please do not pay the final payment ahead of time. 

    *Please note, the number of guest tables is determined by the final guest count. We will discuss guest table numbers at the final meeting.
